This production plants serves the exclusive purpose of solving urea prills in de-ionized water and there by , the manufacture of urea solution e.g. (32.5%urea solution)

The Plant
Production process (Dissolving)
Production of de-ionized/demineralized water
Filling of the de-ionized water into the mixing tank
Heating of the de-ionized/demineralized water
Adding of special solid urea (prills) in proportion to the de-ionized water into the mixing tank
Blending of both components to e.g. 32,5% urea-solution
Stocking of test-passed into a storage tank for further fillings of tank trucks or small-size packing units possible.
